Abstract

The Cape Verde Flora project is carried out since 1988. The vascular plant families (including the cultivated ones) in the Archipelago include 115 of Spermatophyta, and the Pteridophyta. The study of 66 families is completed (53 are in press) and that of 36 is continuing. Only 13 families, and the pteridophyta, have not yet been distributed to authors. The publication of each family will be in a separate fascicle
