Abstract
BBVA is the gamification platform in the Banking environment launched by the BBVA Group. Applying Game mechanics and dynamics, it attracts and retains the customer, minimizing the learning time to use online banking and giving incentives to performing tasks that up till now were considered routine,boring or overly complex.
