The article presents a research study which identifies examples of women education leaders at their best. It states that the study employs two parts of procedures such as writing a case story in which a successful leadership experience was achieved, and dividing the women into small groups with five to eight members. It notes that each participant in the small groups are asked to present her story in order for other women to participate and comment on the stories. It also notes that the stories are examined using the five leadership practices and ten leadership commitments created by Kouzes and Posner.
