Abstract

This work discusses in Chapter 13 the physiographic features due to active faulting, both vertical (dip-slip) and horizontal (strike-slip). This book also contains interesting accounts of noteworthy earthquakes from all seismic zones of the earth; many of these shocks were accompanied by surface faulting.
