Abstract

We report herein a novel phosphopeptide microarray capable of noncovalently "trapping" catalytically inactive mutants of protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs), and its application in high-throughput determination of PTP substrate specificity. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2009.
