Abstract

Universities are important carriers for knowledge production, dissemination, and innovation. They play an important role in the development of knowledge society. This paper, based on the concept of knowledge management, puts forward suggestions to establish hardware platform and to improve hardware facilities in the implementation of knowledge management, to create a good environment to support knowledge exchange, to encourage the full participation of teachers and students in knowledge transfer and to accelerate knowledge innovation. © 2011 IEEE.
