Abstract

This work describes the preparation of octadecanethiol-based monolayers on single crystal InP surfaces. The quality and nature of the monolayer are characterized by contact angle measurements, photocurrent measurements, ellipsometry, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. © 1995, American Chemical Society.
