Abstract
Dendritic cells are a heterogeneous group of antigen presenting cells. In this issue of Immunity, Esashi et al. (2008) demonstrate how cytokine-receptor-regulated downstream transcription factors direct dendritic cell subpopulation differentiation from hematopoietic progenitor cells. © 2008 Elsevier Inc.
