Abstract
The behavior upon heating (30 – 650°C) and subsequent cooling (to room temperature) has been studied for both n and p type semiconductors based on Bi2Te3 alloys. The elemental composition of the studied alloys has been established by EDXRF analysis. The materials are used in manufacture of thermoelectric generators and coolers
