Hello, everyone I am considering doing my MSc dissertation in the area of open data and governance looking at kenya. I would love to discuss some thoughts on this, perhaps just to gain new insights or perspectives on the topic . I dont' have time for an impact assessment, but perhaps evaluation frameworks/models ?
