Mendeley Desktop v0.9.6.3

This is a minor update which fixes a problem some users encountered upgrading from 0.9.6.1.

Bug Fixes:

Fixed a problem some users encountered when updating databases from 0.9.6.1 and earlier versions.
Fixed a freeze during the 'Downloading Files' syncing step.
Fixed annotation syncing problems when file organizer is enabled.
Fixed a crash when closing the collection settings editor after removing a collection.
Preserved author ordering correctly when importing from Zotero.
