Mendeley Desktop v0.9.8.1

This is a minor update which fixes several bugs and improves stability.

Bug Fixes:

Fixed crash in Conflict Resolution dialog when multiple documents had conflicts.
Fixed occasional crash on start-up on Mac.
Fixed several small bugs when creating formatted citations.
Fix 'Close Tab' action being disabled in the File menu.
