Mendeley Desktop v0.9.9.2

This is a minor update which fixes several bugs in the Microsoft Word plugins for Windows and Mac and includes several import/export improvements.

(Windows) Fixed error when opening a Word document that used certain custom styles.
(Windows) Fixed 'Cannot download style' error in Word 2010.
(Windows) Fixed 'Index out of range' error when inserting a citation in non-English versions of Word 2010.
(Windows) Fixed items being left in context menu in Word after the plugin is uninstalled.
(Mac) Fixed occassional error when starting Mendeley Desktop from within Word to insert a citation or bibliography.
Bibtex import: Fixed import of technical reports.
Bibtex export: Follow arXiv recommendations for export of arXiv ID.
EndNote import: Improved import of publication names from EndNote XML.
EndNote export: Export abstract, tags, DOI and web URLs to EndNote XML.
RIS export: Export series number, series title.
(Mac) Fixed import of PDF URLs from EndNote XML and RIS files generated by Papers
(Linux) Fixed unreadable text in 'Needs Review' notification above Details pane.
(Linux) Fixed package quality error when installing Mendeley Desktop through Ubuntu Software Centre in Ubuntu 11.04
