Agricultural information technology development and innovation path

Abstract

After going through the stages of research on computer technology application in agriculture and on agricultural data information and simulated model, the development of foreign agricultural informationalization has accessed into technology industrialization period showing the trend of a multi-net interconnection, virtualization, integration, engineering technology. According to national conditions, western developed countries explored the path that helped the construction of agricultural informationalization from the micro level and macro-environment. They are the present option of Chinese Agricultural Informationalization Development to construct basic database, expand application of information technology, play the role of national macro-control and select building mode according to national conditions. © 2011 IEEE.
