Abstract

Attempts to show more clearly the connection between Sunday and Monday. Offers a perusal of: (1) a biblical theology of work; (2) work in the paradise lost; (3) working in the era between the paradises; (4) Christ-centered work ethics (being humble, being honest, being hardworking). Rather than seeing work as a necessary evil (or as an all-fulfilling idol ), the Christian is to see any legitimate work as a means to serve God.
