Abstract
A convenient and reliable method is described which allows the continuous measurement of acyl-CoA dehydrogenase activity. The system contains 8-dimethylamino-2,3-benzophenoxazinium chloride (Meldolablau) as primary electron acceptor and iodonitrotetrazolium chloride as terminal oxidant. © 1976 Academic Press, Inc.
