Abstract

In this article the author elaborates on the evolvement of copyright and licensing roles as job growth areas for librarians in the U.S. She suggests some information resources on copyright law knowledge for librarians including online courses, career development workshops and seminars. She also discusses the qualifications needed to work in copyright which include a membership in a legal team or department and good communication and task management skills.
