Abstract

JSTOR is a not-for-profit service that helps scholars, researchers, and students discover, use, and build upon a wide range of content in a trusted digital archive. The implemiientation of corporate entrepreneuring or intrapreneurship is becoming an important activity for growth-oriented businesses. However, very little empirical research exists that attemiipts to measure the effectiveness of an environmnent or culture for the imnplemiientation of intrapreneurial ideas. 7his study attemiipted to assess the factor structure of initrapreneurship culltlure throiugh the developmlent of the intraprenelurship assessment inistrulment (IAI). This instrumnent was lused to assess the effectiveness of an ongoing in trapreneulrship training programn in a Fortune 500 company.
