Presents a humanistic perspective on the concept of accountability in education, analysis of the dimensions of humanistic education - namely systemic-organisational, the interpersonal and the personal. Implications of a humanistic perspective for accountability; development of a relationship between theory and practice by emphasising the need to look at the practical outcomes of espoused theories.
