Abstract

The constant need of modern society for development and research has led to the emerging evolution of science and especially modern science, such as nanotechnology. Many fields of research have adopted nanotechnology methods and techniques in order to produce new kinds of applications, such as the ones which are reported in this review: energy, biomedicine, agriculture and food applications. This review highlights analytical approaches and important breakthroughs along with future perspectives of nanomaterials and nanotechnology. Results of the present review article suggest that the enhancement of materials in nanoscale can be proved significant and evolutionary inventions for environmental-friendly applications and for low-cost but high performance products.
