Abstract

Personal networks are already used by healthcare professionals for work-based learning, but their potential has been limited by the ability to manage the large variety of networks. New technology can facilitate the development and management of personal networks by using social software, such as blogs and social bookmarks. © 2007 Radcliffe Publishing.
