Abstract
Business processes modeled with Performance nets can be simulated, and therefore verified on their effectiveness and efficiency, before their implementation. Modules and basic functions of a Performance net-based software prototype called PerformanceSimulator2010, designed to support the complete life cycle of performance indicator-based business process engineering are briefly presented.
