Abstract

A personalised dialogue system is introduced that takes a user's preferences and whims into account when searching for content. The system takes a user's request and prepares a personalised response based upon the user's general preferences. The response is then analysed by knowledge management algorithms that guide the user to relevant data. The user then cooperates with the system, through natural language, to find data that are most relevant to their immediate needs.
