Abstract
The title method comprises adding water in crushed mixed cereal to prep. porridge, mixing rice starter in the porridge, and fermenting to obtain a fermented product. The prepd. mixed cereal fermented beverage has good flavor, and good antioxidn., skin whitening, blood pressure regulation and thrombosis decompn. effects. [on SciFinder(R)]
