Abstract

In basis of anglicizing the characteristics of Reverse EngineeringTechnology-shear layer and optical. scanning measurement technology, itis introduced a calculation method of the reverse time and cost based onthe analysis of process. This method uses the parametric cost algorithmand the analysis of the unit cost composition, and establishes amathematical model between process parameter characteristics andmanufacturing cost, including the composition of manufacturing cost. Onthis basis, it establishes a model of the rapid quotation. This modelcan quickly and accurately calculate cost of reverse engineering task.And it provides a rapid method of quotation which is easy to submit bynetwork for enterprises. By cost calculation of reverse engineering forenterprises, it further illustrates reliability and rapidity of themethod.
