Reusable Model Slices

Abstract

Reuse of aspectual model elements has proven to be a challenging issue. A few techniques have been already proposed but no clear definitive answer has been found. We propose an aspectual modeling technique that offers highly flexible customization options. This increases the potential for integrating our aspectual model elements (reusable model slices) properly into any given base model, thereby greatly increasing the chances for reusing it in development of different systems.
