Abstract
Coalbed methane is an abundant resource in the United States. Amoco has drilled many wells in the San Juan and Black Warrior Basins. The different completions and stimulations that have been covered include openhole cavity, gel fracture treatments, water fracture treatments, and sandless water fracture treatments.
