Abstract
This paper is an argument to view, understand and handle the eLearning practices in higher education institutions (HEI) through the mirrors of user perceptions, theories and approaches and styles that configure their attitudes towards eLearning technologies, their development, use, problems and prospects in HEIs. The literature on eLearning reports over and over that user-knowledge and beliefs about educational technologies frame their physical behavior for e-Learning practices thereby posting ‘perceptions about the nature and role of education technologies’ as the predictor of user-attitudes in eLearning. Relevant literature is hereby juxtaposed according to the arguments that support the Technology.
