Abstract
An agent-based negotiation model for supply chain management is proposed. The problem exists in negotiation model of present automated negotiation system (ANS) that it is difficult to describe the uncertain factors and utility function correctly in negotiation process. In this paper, the mathematic models of the negotiators' priority and satisfaction measurement are established on the base of fuzzy multi-attribute decision making (FMADM) theory, and then the TOPSIS method is employed in solving these models. A bilateral multi-issue negotiation process is illustrated on the foundation of Agent negotiation model and shows that the model is a win-win method by which the negotiation agents can negotiate and reach a satisfactory agreement.
