Abstract

Understanding the effects of three crops per year in paddy field. In this research we use system dynamic based on orthogonal experiment to the value of three crops per year system in paddy field. Through this model and simulation, we get a series of results. At the same time, we use a long-term experiment to verify these programmes. We investigated the impacts of yield, economic benefit, resource utilization and soil fertility. Our results indicate that the development of three crops per year in paddy field may improve long-terms stainability of paddy field ecosystems.
