Abstract

The article offers suggestions for managing weight and killing the food cravings on diet. Topics include book "The Hungry Brain" written by neuroscientist Stephan J. Guyenet which discusses about weight loosing tips; book "Wired to Eat" written by Robb Wolf on same; and avoid eating junk foods such as pizza, cakes and chips as they increases cravings for eating more.
