Abstract

expression levels of thousands of genes simultaneously, with time-series data o#ering particularlyrich opportunities for understanding dynamic biological processes. Unfortunately,DNA microarray data is plagued by quality issues including noise and missing data points.Expression time-series data introduce additional complications, including sampling rate differencesbetween experiments and variations in the timing of biological processes.
