Abstract

Taking a psychological perspective, this book examines the role of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) in the field of mobile information systems research. The text begins by exploring the basic tenets of the HCI discipline, including the interdisciplinary nature of the subject, with increasing focus on the application of HCI methodologies and techniques in mobile HCI research.
