Abstract

The author offers opinions on corporation management. The increasing volatility of finance and international economic conditions are seen as a new and pressing challenge facing executives. A need for agility and flexibility in decision making is cited. The Indian telecommunication company Airtel is presented as an example of what the author views as successful managing of volatility.
