Abstract

Company value is a condition that has been achieved by a company as an illustration of public trust in the company after going through a process of activities for several years. The main goal of a company is to maximize the value of the company. And by increasing the value of the company, an achievement will be in accordance with the wishes of the owners, because with the increase in the value of the company, the welfare of the owners will also increase. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2019. Determination of the sample used is purposive sampling, The sample used for this study was 187 companies with manufacturing categories listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2019. The research method used is a quantitative method. Where data analysis is done by using multiple linear regression method. Hypothesis testing is done by using the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that Capital Structure, Profitability and Intellectual Capital have a significant influence on firm value.
