DIGITIZATION, DIGITALIZATION AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN THE CONTEXT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGEMENT INNOVATIONS

Abstract

The article analyzes the content of the concepts of digitization, digitalization and digital transformation. The interrelation, distinctions and a parity between the given categories is investigated. It is proposed to consider the category of digitization as a sub-process of digitalization, and the digitalization process as a technological driver of digital transformation. The interdependence of the processes of digitalization and innovative development is substantiated. The role and place of digitalization in the intensification of innovative activity and the conditionality of the effectiveness of digital transformation by the corresponding organizational and managerial innovations are revealed.
