Abstract
Settlement non-litigation dispute is an alternative dispute resolution where the disputing parties can negotiate directly between parties and/or through the involvement of a neutral third party appointed by the parties to mediate and help resolves dispute. The mechanism for settling non-litigation disputes in industrial relations includes bipartite, mediation, conciliation and arbitration. The research method used qualitative analitycal with normative juridical approach. This research suggests the legal of non-litigation industrial disputes settlement has the legal force to bind the parties agree, which is proven by evidence by mutual agreement. In addition, the handling of non-litigation disputes has the legal force of execution if registered in industrial court.
