Abstract
Dr. Luis Simarro Lacabra won the chair of Experimental Psychology at the Central University of Madrid in 1902. Simarro presented a program of 70 topics divided into four sections for the examination exercises. We present the full program accompanied by an introduction commenting on the different weighting in the agenda of the sections dedicated to theoretical and methodological aspects and processes of psychological analysis and synthesis. The study of the syllabus suggests Simarro’s personal interest in the historical and theoretical aspects of Psychology, keeping the program globally, in any case, in line with Wundt’s normative texts
