Abstract
Introduction: Communication is part of human life, individuals, groups, organizations and communities, with the form of interaction between two or more people to convey a message or information., give and receive mutual trust between nurses and patients and are more effective in providing professional satisfaction to patients in nursing care. Objective: The purpose of this study was to see the effect of nurse therapeutic communication on patient satisfaction and loyalty inpatients at Bula City Hospital. Methods: This research uses quantitative research with cross sectional research design. The sample in this study were inpatients at Bula City Hospital as many as 120 people with the sampling technique of purposive sampling. The analysis in this study uses SEM with AMOS 24.0 software.). Results: The results showed that the effect of therapeutic communication had an effect on patient satisfaction in inpatients at the Bula City Hospital. Therapeutic communication affected the loyalty of inpatients at the Bula City Hospital, and patient satisfaction influenced the loyalty of inpatients at the Bula City Hospital.. Conclusions: Therapeutic communication has an effect on patient satisfaction and patient loyalty inpatients at Bula City Hospital.
