Abstract
The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C14H10Br2N6O, contains two crystallographically independent mol-ecules. The pyrazole ring of one mol-ecule makes dihedral angles of 22.0 (3) and 3.5 (3)° with the pyrimidine and benzene rings, respectively; the corresponding values in the other mol-ecule are 9.2 (3) and 2.1 (3)°, respectively. The mol-ecules are linked by N - H⋯O, C - H⋯N and C - H⋯Br hydrogen bonds. © 2008 International Union of Crystallography.
