El estallido social en América Latina y el Caribe: rupturas, resistencias e incertidumbres.

Abstract

In this edition, the Discrepancies section aims to address the triggers of the social outburst, its scope or limitations in the formation of the social subject, its instituting, destituting or constituent processes, under different collective-community imaginaries about parties, social movements or political regimes. It is a matter of understanding whether systemic or anti-systemic responses are built in the face of the social outburst, and whether the confinement of resistance and rebellion expressed in the streets and at all eco-territorial scales, ranging from the body to the local, the national, the global, is latent and is about to redefine its scope in political transformation.En esta edición, la sección Discrepancias se propone abordar los detonantes del estallido social, sus alcances o limitaciones en la formación del sujeto social, sus procesos instituyentes, destituyentes o constituyentes, bajo diversos imaginarios colectivos-comunitarios sobre partidos, movimientos sociales o regímenes políticos. Se trata de comprender si se construyen respuestas sistémicas o antisistémicas de fondo frente al estallido social, y si el confinamiento de la resistencia y la rebeldía expresadas en las calles y en todas las escalas ecoterritoriales, que van del cuerpo a lo local, lo nacional, lo global, está en latencia y está por redefinir sus alcances en la transformación política.
