PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN KOMITMEN GURU TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU SMK NEGERI SINGKAWANG

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to reveal: (1) the organitational climate influence to the proffesionalcompetence of vocational teacher`s SMK Negeri Singkawang, (2) teacher`s commitmentinfluence to the proffesional competence of vocational teacher`s SMK NegeriSingkawang, and (3) the organizational climate and teacher`s commitment to theproffesional competence of vocational teacher`s in SMK Negeri Singkawang. Thisform of research uses quantitative research methods with questionnaries as datacollecting. There are 96 teacher`s with the characteristic of civil servantteacher`s and have educator certificate as the subject of this research. Hypotesistesting is regression analysis prerequisite test (normality test and linearity test) arecarrled out with the help SPSS 25. The result of analysis show that: (1) the influence oforganizational climate on improving the proffesional competence of teacher`s SMKNegeri Singkawang is classified as very good with a higt score of 78,1%, (2) there is aninfluence on the commitment to increasing the proffesional competence of vocationalcshool teacher`s and is classifited as good witha score of 46%, and (3) there is aninfluence of organizational climate and teacher`s commitment together with theproffesional competence of SMK Negeri Singkawang is classifited as good witha scoreof 48,5%.Keywords: Commitment, Organizational Climate, Professional Competency
