Abstract
A simple and sensitive method for the determination of terbutaline in serum and urine has been developed. A mass spectrometer in the multiple ion detection mode was used as a gas chromatographic detector. Levels were monitored after oral and subcutaneous administration of the drug. The sensitivity is 1 ng/ml using 1 ml of serum. © 1977.
