Abstract
A mathematical model of the linear thermodynamic equations with moving ends, based on the Stefan Problem is considered. In this work, we are in- terested in obtaining existence, uniqueness and regularity using the Faedo-Galerkin method. For numerical solutions, we shall employ the finite element method together with the Crank-Nicolson method. A numerical experiment is presented to show the moving boundary for the problem. © SPM.
