A Comparative Study of Customer Complaint Prediction Model of Time Series, Multiple Linear Regression and BP Neural Network

Abstract

The current prediction algorithm is mainly the "time series", the "multiple linear regression" and the "BP neural network". This article studies and compares the three algorithms in the field of customer complaint prediction. By using SPSS, this article predicts taking "Jibei Electric Power Customer Complaints" as the target. By comparing and analyzing the actual prediction results, the "BP neural network" algorithm is described as the most suitable complaint prediction for customer.
