Abstract

A novel one-pot isocyanide-based cascade four-component reaction between arylcarbohydr-azides, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and cyclohexyl isocyanide lead to dialkyl 1-(1,2-bis-alkoxycarbonylvinyl)-5-cyclohexylamino-2-aroyl-2,3- dihydro-1H-pyrazole-3,4-dicarboxylates in excellent yields. © ARKAT-USA, Inc.
