Abstract

We report a patient in whom permanent endocardial pacing was accomplished by passage of the electrode through a mechanical tricuspid valve. Echocardiography study showed a minimal tricuspid regurgitation. © 2008 Sierra and Rubio; licensee BioMed Central Ltd.
