O caráter do poder bolchevista é examinado com base em textos de um seu crítico eminente, Karl Kautsky, e de duas das suas maiores figuras, Lenin e Trotsky (este também na sua lase pré-bolchevique). Questões como a da ditadura, a do terror revolucionário e a do poder burocrático são objeto dessa polêmica.The character of the bolclievist power is examined on the basis of texts of one of its main critics, Karl Kautsky, and of two of its leading figures, Lenin and Trotsky (including Trotsky's pre-bolchevist phase). Such issues as dictatorship, revolutionary terror and bureaucratic power are dealt with in this polemic.
