Efektivitas Penegakan Hukum Dalam Bidang Pengelolaan Sampah Pada Kawasan Wisata Religi Banten Lama Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kota Serang Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 Tentang Pengelolaan Sampah

Abstract

The purpose of this journal is to analyze the extent to which these regulations have been successfully implemented, identify obstacles encountered in law enforcement, and provide policy recommendations that can increase the effectiveness of law enforcement in waste management in the Banten Lama religious tourism area. This research uses a normative juridical approach with an analytical study method. Retrieval of data through documents, namely Serang City regional regulations and the results of previous research journals, as well as observations regarding events from various field facts in the research object area as well as literature books on the old Banten religious tourism area in Serang City. In the conclusion of this journal, the authors suggest that related parties, such as local governments and communities, increase awareness and education about good waste management, as well as increase effective law enforcement against violations of waste management in the Banten Lama religious tourism area. The implementation of this regulation needs to be a major concern for local governments and related parties in order to maintain environmental sustainability, cleanliness, and comfort in the Banten Lama religious tourism area.
