Abstract
This article is part of an evaluation of the impact of the use of micro-networks, based on autonomous photovoltaic systems, in the primary sector of the Burundian economy. In the first part of the article, the work focuses first on a design study of an irrigation system powered by an autonomous system comprising photovoltaic (PV) panels associated with storage devices (batteries). In the second part, the impact is calculated by the multiple regression technique and the estimation of the parameters is made by the Ordinary Least Squares method, under the so-called stochastic and structural assumptions. The results obtained are very satisfactory and show us a positive impact of the integration of micro-networks, based on autonomous photovoltaic systems, in the primary sector of the Burundian economy.
